Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL and require a signature upon delivery. Every shipment is fully insured.

 

Domestic Orders

Complimentary 2-Day shipping is provided for all orders within the United States.

 

International Orders

Shipments sent outside the United States will be shipped with import duties and taxes unpaid. These fees are the recipients responsibility. The courier will contact you prior to delivery to collect these fees, which must be paid to the courier for delivery.

 

Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for each piece of jewelry transfer to the client at the time Oglesby Jewelry delivers them to the shipping carrier (FOB Carrier).
