Warranty Coverage

Lifetime Warranty

We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty covering:

• Significant defects in materials or craftsmanship
• Professional cleaning and polishing
• Stone and prong checks

This warranty does not cover:

• Typical wear and tear
• Damage caused by impact (knocks, drops, etc.)
• Chemical Damage, most commonly chlorine
  
• Stones lost as a result of owner damage
• Worn down engraving

Please Note: Shipping costs are not covered under the lifetime warranty. This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser/owner of the piece. Oglesby Jewelry pieces purchased by a resale method do not have a warranty attached to the new ownership parties.

• All custom and made to order items are specifically manufactured for you, as a result are final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund on any payments.

Ready to Ship

• Pieces that are ready to ship can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition, in original packaging, and unworn.
