Lifetime Warranty

Every jewelry piece that leaves our studio has been designed and handcrafted to last a lifetime. Your Oglesby Jewelry piece is covered for life from manufacturing defects.

Wearing jewelry everyday can result in incidental wear and tear, while damage caused from incidental wear and tear is not covered, our lifetime warranty does include complimentary checkups and cleaning/polishing to help keep you jewelry looking its best throughout your life (Shipping is not included).

Any purposeful or excessive damage such as chlorine exposure, severely misshapen bands, damaged/bent prongs, or any other incidents that would require a full remake of your jewelry are not covered. 

Our warranty is only valid to the original purchaser/owner of the piece. Oglesby Jewelry pieces purchased by a resale method do not have a warranty attached to the new ownership parties.
